had some over due maintains done. TJ did a great job explaining about the work on older bikes and just over all the things they will be doing. he ask me if i had any question or concerns. after talking with him. there was no question to ask. went to pick my bike up. TJ explain the work they did and somethings they found that needed fix. i don't know the tech that did the work. who ever he was. i also like to thank him. one thing i must say. it was good finding someone that would do work on a bike over 20 years old. not like some who have turn me down. thanks again.

Jennifer in apparel is an absolute joy to work with when getting new gear. I purchased a new pair of boots and her knowledge of your stocked brands and willingness to take the time to make sure I was completely satisfied is incredibly refreshing. Last month I purchased my wife her first dirt bike and Jennifer was amazing getting her kitted up while balancing her other customers and answering the phone. I have now purchased 2 bikes and numerous pieces of gear and can't recommend your team enough. Everyone you come in contact with from the moment you step in the door is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met to the highest standard of customer service. I just wanted to give a big kudos to Jennifer in the parts deparment... She went miles above and beyond to help me out. I was seeking a pair of high-end MX boots and could not find them locally, online, to find out they were a limited edition color and were discontinued. I reached out to Everett Powersports to see if by some random chance they still had a pair on the shelf knowing they have a well stocked parts and accessories department. Jennifer got back to me right away to let me know they did not have them either and could not get them. She took several extra steps knowing I wanted one exact pair/color and they had no way to get them for me, and did extra research to let me know there was only one retail pair left in the country, and at a local small bike shop completely across the country. She then gave me their phone number (where I called and did purchase them, exactly what I wanted).No other local shop came close to that level of service. On 10/23/19 I was having trouble get bike dealer where I lived up north take a payment. I called Everett powersports and Kevin mentioned to me how could pay with my debit card for new bike and answered my questions and made buying experience top notch that I ended up buying 2 bikes. Was not planning to buy 2 bikes at previous dealership I went to buy, but Everett had more models to choose from and Service department and parts have been very helpful throughout the years that im glad I came there. Every time I come in to buy parts or look around the Staff Is very friendly and helpful. Kevin in sales remembers me treats me well. I highly recommend Everett powersports because there Honda Dirtbikes are so reliable when taken care of properly that its worth every penny. Parts answers my questions and explains things very well. If your looking for a reliable dirtbike or quality aftermarket parts go see them. I'm not saying any other brands are not as good, I just know that Honda has solid reputation for a reason. They now sell Husqvarna and Those bikes are great bikes as well. I figured it was better late than never with my review of my experience.

I spoke with John in the service department about scheduling the 4K mile service on my 2018 Suzuki DL 650. I explained to him how challenging my work schedule is. It was 2:00 in the afternoon when I called and John explained that the service I needed for my bike was fairly extensive and he was concerned that they would have enough time to complete the work. He placed me on a brief hold to see what he could do. John got back on the phone and said, "let's do it!" I live on Whidbey Island so I rushed on to the next available ferry and by the time I got the bike in to the service department it was just past 3:30. John and the rest of the service team worked at a feverish pace to get me and my bike back on the road that same day!!!! The OEM replacement seat for my 1994 Goldwing 1500SE looks and fits great. Buyers should note that in 1995 and for the balance of the model run Honda lowered the seat height by about 1 1/2 inches and that is the model seat that is being supplied. It is a seamless fit and look. Hopefully the comfort remains.

I had nearly died late 2015 and my brother Bruce promised me that if I fought and lived, hed teach me how to ride a motorcycle so I could experience that freedom first-hand. He has known that this was one of my life long desires but I had never had the time or ability to master it. I had only been a passenger who had a taste for wanting more. Part of the issue was fear I had never done well on peddle bikes. Bruce is an extremely experienced driver and was naturally able to teach me the basics. I focused my energy on the positive things, and instead of giving into to fear and hopelessness, I grabbed those moments that I placed into my minds-eye, glimpses of my prospective future. That is where I placed my mind and energy and before I knew it the ICU was telling me I was ready to go home and take it easy. My brother stayed good to his word he taught me how to drive my scooter and endeavor the road as we rode together, he coached me. After a point he told me he thought it was time for me to go sign up for the classes, which I did, and then I eventually took the test and passed. He communicated this simple idea to me the whole time I am standing right behind you all the way. This became our new family mantra. With my new endorsement the goal was now that I find the right bike. I did my homework shopped around felt a few seats, dreamed big dreams, which ultimately lead me to EVERETT POWER SPORTS. My first salesman was Thad Stanley. He and Angie Haynes made my first buying experience flawless and enjoyable, no negative surprises, no last-minute attempt to pressure me into something that would not work for me as a newbie to the two-wheeled world. I LOVE the bike still have it today and enjoy riding, now and again, when I can find the ME time. My Honda PCX 150 is perfect for me. My first experience was so good and strongly positive that when it came time to buy again --to bless my brother with a bike-- I went back to Everett Power Sports. This is where I meant Kevin Guernsey the new salesman. He and Angie went out of their way to try to make the sale as smooth as it could be --and I finally got my brother the bike he had been eying for a few weeks. It was my turn to give something back to my sibling and he and I enjoy trips on the bikes. There is no other freedom like it in the world. It is simply empowering. I went into their store after a motorcycle guru friend vouched their credibility. I have little to no motorcycle experience but I wanted to get into it. Saw a bike I wanted, perfect for my wife and I. A little scared and intimidated I went in one day and was met by Kevin who immediately started putting me at ease and comfortable. After discussing my lack of experience he began to walk me through the whole 'motorcycle' program, from different styles, sizes, pro's and con's based on what I wanted out of a bike. He was extremely patient and not only answered all of my questions, and I had lots, but asked me more about me and what I want to do with a bike to better guide me, but not pushing me or trying to just make a sale. I really appreciated the frank and open discussions surrounding safety, again me being so new it was refreshing to have so much help on the broad spectrum of biking. I ended up getting the bike that I had my eye on (even my wife knew that was inevitable....anyway), I was so relaxed, informed, confident and excited to begin a biking after dealing with Kevin, what an exceptional experience for a newbie. Their finance dept was honest, straight forward, no games, ethical and lots of integrity. Their apparel dept was also so very patient helping my wife and I with what we needed. They took so much time answering so many question, they made sure we knew what we needed to know nd that we were outfitted with the best gear for a total experience. I went in looking for a helmet to go with a Vespa scooter I purchased elsewhere. Marleyna promptly greeted us and offered to help. She was awesome in trying to find a helmet that fit correctly and priced in my budget. I tried on many styles and brands with Marleyna pulling helmets out of their back stock until I decided on a white Aria helmet. She made it a great shopping experience; no pressure, listened to my concerns, made sure I had a good fit and tried to keep me on budget.

I don't normally submit testimonials but after my recent purchase of an Africa Twin I have to say these guys are the best total motorcycle shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. At this point in time that particular bike is hard to get. I wasted 10 months working with another dealer trying to get one of these bikes and finally gave up. I called all over the Pacific Northwest trying to get a solid lead on the bike. No one had a definitive answer. The supply was (is) thin and most people I spoke too had no idea when when they might receive anything from Honda. Then I called Everett Powersports (in June) and spoke to Chase. He said he believed they would be receiving the particular configuration I wanted in early August. I gave him a deposit and at the end of July he called to confirm that yes, that particular bike would arrive in early August. I rode it home the second week in August.Every group I worked with at on this purchase was excellent. I received a fair value for my trade-in (a first for me). The administrative paperwork was done smoothly and quickly. The parts department found the accessories I wanted installed at the first service. The first service was handled very smoothly and professionally. At one point in the process I was even given a ride to the ferry terminal in Edmonds which I really appreciated.And to top it all off every person I encountered while at the shop was always extremely friendly and courteous including the trike riders that live in the break room (another first for me).

Special thanks to Darrell Fisk, Matt Sterett, and especially Cedric Smith. From the first phone call an speaking with Darrell in service I felt a positive response. Professional, knowledgeable, an response that made me feel the job will be done quickly as possible. I was traveling from Florida to Alaska when at 123,000 miles my 2005 Goldwing started with a grinding sound in rear drive unit. Whitehours Honda was Little to no help.. Did give them 10 days to put me on the schedule.. From the time I walked in Everett Powersports door I was greeted professionally. Before I had the paper work done Cedric (Talented Technician!) was getting my bike on the rack to diagnose the problem.. Rear drive unit gone, but since they do trike conversions they had a low mileage unit on the shelf. Also found a leaking fork seal. Besides keeping me informed every hour, in an out the door in 4 hours! WOW, cost a thousand LESS than I was expecting to pay Wished they had a shop in Florida, I would be a regular patron. Thanks again guys for a job well done.

Specifically Jason Sherman and Matt Sterett were two of the best representatives of a company I have met in many many years. Absolutely top notchers!! Both went above and beyond the call of duty to install highway pegs on my brothers bike. The bikes were serviced for the recall, all the fluids checked for our trip from Everette to Alaska and the bike was washed!! Just purchased a new and innovative product, Lighting pak, this is a very small emergency battery pack which is about the size of a I-phone 6 and comes in a small pouch with all the cables you need to jump start a dead battery or charge a phone, tablet, lap top. This last June my son and I went to Reno where it was 90+ everyday after about 5 hours of sight seeing we returned to the bikes to discover a dead battery! Pushing a 500+ lb bike in that heat didn't seem like fun! I pulled out the Lighting pak and jumped the battery. The bike fired right up. This Lighting pak is small fits easily in any saddle bag and works great. I've even tested it on my one ton truck and it started that! Great product and a must have.

My 2007 750 Honda Shadow Spirit was due for the 24K service. I had previously purchased parts but this was my first time I had used Everett PowerSports to perform maintenance.
I set up the appointment with Brandon. He was knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and provided great customer service when I needed to get a ride back to the Mukilteo ferry.
I dropped it off Friday afternoon, they had it done by Saturday evening.
When I was back to pick it up, again great customer service. I was picked up at the ferry terminal at 10:45, Jeremy explained all the service items, had the bike ready to go and cleaned up. I was able to make the 11:30 ferry back to Whidbey.
I was very please with the service, courtesy of the staff, and the pricing.
I will be returning to Everett PowerSports in the future and will be recommending my fellow riders.

I bought a barely used 2006 Shadow Sabre in 2009 here and have brought it in for maintenance regularly. I had a problem with the throttle sticking and brakes squealing and brought it in to have it checked out. Daryl was so accommodating and helpful that I am always surprised to find such great customer service. I have never had a repair that wasn't top notch. I recommend this dealership highly. It is getting harder to find a good mechanics, but once you do you stick with them. Thanks to all at Everett Powersports. When I decided to purchase another bike, it will be from here.

I was in dire need for an square headlight assembly for my 83 v65 magna it being a discontinued part, I have search for 2 weeks online and made many phone calls to find one. A Honda parts guy from New York found to dealer parts listings 1 in Michigan and 9 @ Everett Powersports Inc. I was born in Everett Wa and attended Everett High, and eventually moved to Minnesota, so it was a no brainer. I called The parts department early on Saturday morning and talked to very friendly parts guy, He stated he in fact had the much needed part in stock and would happily get it ready for shipment that day. I expected to get it via USPS Wednesday or Thursday. Much to my amazement it arrived Monday and was on my porch when I arrived home from work! It was very well packed, bagged, bubble wrapped, and packed in a larger box with shipping peanuts. Exactly what I needed and so very fast! Even though I am in Minnesota, Everett Powersport will be the first place I check for Honda parts from now on!

I want to give a "BIG THANKS" to Matt and Mark. I frequently ride my motorcycle from my home in the Stanwood area to my work in Everett. Today when trying to leave work I found out that I had left my parking lights on all day and that I had a very dead battery. After giving it some thought on what I should do I decided to call Everett Powersports since they were the closest dealership I could think of (about 4 miles away). I talked to Matt initially and he set me up with Mark. Both were very nice and Mark said he would be over very soon with a battery to give me a jump. About a half hour later Mark arrived and we got the bike started. When I asked how much I owed him he said "nothing". I was really stunned. I was fully expecting to pay $50 or more for the service. It's very refreshing to see a dealership actually care about their customers, or in my case future customer. Like I said I live up in the north sound so I typically do business there. I am VERY impressed with the service department at Everett Powersports, especially working with Brandon! He did a fantastic job with my motorcycle muffler (an odd job, since I brought the muffler and the bike and I needed him to "make it work" ). Not only did he hang on to the bike while I searched for parts and purchased them online, but they did absolutely great work and even helped me load the bike when I arrived to pick it up! It sounds MUCH better and really worked out cost-wise. It could have been $500+ for this job at another shop, but not at Everett Powersports. Since I bought my 2006 Shadow Sabre here I have had absolutely no problems with the bike after putting on 15000 mi. A yr ago I had an accident, hitting a deer, which wrecked a lot of the front end of my Shadow, but the folks at Everett Power Sports helped me get it back to new condition. It is great to know a dealer who is ready to do what needs to be done and do it right. Thanks.

These people were great. I bought a pair of tires for my Shadow, they woked with me on the price, had them mounted,balanced and out the door in less than an hour. Everyone was friendly AND they had doughtnuts and coffee in the waiting room!!! I had my bike serviced there last year and I am glad I went back. I live around the corner from the dealership, and have used the parts and service dept's. I bought bikes at other dealerships, but used Everett Powersports because they were close to my home. Even with my German made bike, they were always friendly and helpful. I finally decided to buy another bike , and Everett Powersports was the place to go. They had a great selection to chose from and Bob and Bill were Great to do business with. I got exactly what I wanted, and it was a quick, satisfying experience ! They worked hard to give me a fantastic deal on a Suzuki M109. In and out in one day! Even the wife is happy (after a week trying to convince her I needed a new bike) LOL. I have been in there store at least a hundred times, and even though I had never bought a bike there before, the staff has always been extremely courteous and friendly. I stopped in about a month ago just to look at some riding gear.The ladys at sale counter were so attentive that I went back to service to find out about havine my '88 shadow gone through. Lisa gave me such a concise estimate that I took the bike in on Tuesday.Lisa called me on Wensday to update me on the condition of the bike and let me know that there were some additional items needing serviced. It was done on Thursday and I picked it up Friday. The cost was what I was quoted with no suprises and the bike runs GREAT. I will be back. Thanks You!!!!!!

Came in to look at a 2008 Gold Wing. Bob Tuttle met us, briefed us on the bike, and then offered a test ride. His idea of a test ride was a 40 minute trip through town, down the highway, through some twisties, and then back around to the Dealership. Compared to the other dealers I'd shopped (read ALL of them) this was a very welcome and unique approach. After the ride - no pressure. Bob laid out the options, introduced us to the different departments of their establishment, and we got to work with Ben in parts to get a few accessories lined up. When it came time to make the purchase, Bob made sure all our concerns were addressed before we began to discuss numbers. Once we made the decision, everything went like clockwork. Overall, we had the best buying experience we could have possibly have - the team at Everett Powersports even went so far as to program our Goldwing's NAV with a personal greeting (which made the wife and I smile - a nice touch) as well as program the "HOME" nav setting with our home address. Rated one thru five with five being the best, I'd give them a six. Well done - we'll definitely make the hour drive to do business with this team again, and we've already recommended them to friends who ask "where'd you buy your new bike?" Thanks again for a great day, a SMOOoooOOTH new Goldwing, and a memorable experience.

Bought my first bike from this shop last year and have been very satisfied with the shop, the bike, and everything about the sales transaction. I shopped around for a couple of months before stumbling on this gem of a shop. The other shops that I visited either tried using high pressure sales tactics or the sales staff was very impersonal and wasnt helpful at all. I walked in knowing what I wanted and instead of trying to up sell me the salesman seemed to do everything he could to get me the best deal he could. The customer service throughout the shop was phenomenal, they were less interested in sales and much more interested in educating me so I could make informed decisions about the safety gear and accessories I was purchasing so I could buy the stuff that was "right for me" and not for their cash register. I would definitely return to this shop for future purchases of bikes, parts, and accessories. Everett Power Sports helped ensure my first year of riding was safe, comfortable, and highly enjoyable. My wife and I found this dealership to be much more friendly and "real" , compared to other stores we visited. We didn't feel pressured to buy , which was a big relief. We had a very good idea about what bike we wanted , and your store had several to choose from. We enjoyed the complimentary BBQ , and found the staff to be upbeat, professional , and trustworthy. In particular, Ben Bloom made our experience a very positive one, by taking the time to help us select the best jackets and helmets . My wife and I are totally new to motorcycling ,so we needed plenty of help. Ben answered our "stupid" questions without making us feel any dumber. He also provided us with good advice on the sissybar and saddlebags we wanted , and suggested a rear rack, which we use almost everytime we ride. Thanks!
